This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect about you, including through our websites, websites operated by our service providers and marketing partners, and any other website that links to this Privacy Policy. By visiting the online stores, becoming a Nouvintage customer, and/or sharing your contact information with us, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy, as well as our Terms of Service for Nouvintage now and as amended by us from time to time.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect several categories of information about you. We collect the information you provide directly to us, which is often personal data (as defined in this policy). We, our service providers, social networks, and other of our marketing partners (as each are defined in this policy) also automatically collect information about you. That information is often usage data (as defined in this policy), but when that automatically collected information can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat it as personal data. Finally, we may aggregate personal data and/or usage data, and that aggregate data (as defined in this policy) is a separate type of information about you.


1.1 Information You Provide

We and our service providers collect any information that you provide when you use the online stores, including when you: •create an account; •purchase a product; or otherwise contact us with a question, comment, or request, whether through the online stores, including any associated interactive features, or through our social media channels. In addition, we may need to contact you via phone, email, or mail to address questions or issues specific to your order, even if you have opted to not receive marketing communications from us.

1.2. Other Information We Collect

4. How is Your Information Secured?

5. Your Choices

6. Children’s Information

The online stores are not directed to, nor do we knowingly collect information from, children under the age of 13. If you become aware that your child or any child under your care has provided us with information without your consent, please contact us at the contact information listed below.

7. SMS / MMS MOBILE MARKETING MESSAGES

We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide through the Program to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE PROGRAM TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Nonetheless, We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect Our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide Us information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

Text Marketing and notifications (if applicable): By entering your phone number in the checkout and initialising a purchase, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text message frequency may vary. You can unsubscribe from further text messages by replying STOP.   Message and data rates may apply. In addition, the Website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put in your shopping cart and to tell us if you have visited the Website in the past. This allows visitors to the online store to maintain shopping carts between visits. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting a new Privacy Policy in this section of the online stores. If we make any revisions that materially change the ways in which we use or share the information previously collected from you through the online stores, we will give you the opportunity to consent to such changes before applying them to that information. 9. Cookies

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we may transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to provide you with extra features on our Site. The cookies do not contain any information that would identify you personally. Nouvintage.com may use cookies to monitor the traffic on our Site and enhance your visit by among other things, storing items in your shopping cart.

10. California Privacy Policy

California’s "Shine the Light" law, Civil Code section 1798.83, requires certain businesses to respond to requests from California customers asking about the business' practices related to disclosing personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Alternatively, such businesses may have in place a policy not to disclose personal information of customers to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes if the customer has exercised an option to opt-out of such information-sharing. We have such a policy in place.
