Domestic Shipping
Nouvintage understands that getting your item quickly is important so we make every effort to process your order as fast as we can. Most orders placed Monday-Friday are processed that day and are prepared to ship out on the following business day. Delivery can be delayed by product availability, further order verification, address issues, and variable delivery conditions. Our warehouse is closed during the weekend and on all major holidays; orders will not ship on those dates.
Shipping is free on all orders over $100 within the USA.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in San Diego, CA.
Estimated Shipping Times:
For standard frames:
This shipping method takes 7-10 business days.
For signature and gemstone collections:
This shipping method takes 10-14 business days.
For prescription orders:
Please allow an additional 7 business days to either standard or signature frames shipping times.
What if my order is late?
For any customer experiencing delays, we do offer significant bonuses, loyalty appointments and replacement options to show our appreciation and dedication.
For customers looking for updates on your order, please text us at (929) 379-7612 or email us at info@nouvintage.com with “Order Inquiry” in the subject line. This will trigger an executive member of our team to personally review your order and work with you one-on-one to expedite your order and provide concierge service.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our product, we offer store credit to satisfy any dissatisfied customer. Monetary refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis in circumstances where we cannot come to a reasonable accommodation for the benefit of our customers.
As a growing American-based small business, we do our best to meet the need of every customer. Please forward any refund requests to info@nouvintage.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line to initiate a refund case.
For international orders please email support@nouvintage.com for return/exchange instructions.
Rx (Prescription) Returns:
Unfortunately, all prescription or custom lens orders are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the product.
Change in Shipping Address:
This kind of request requires additional verification and documentation. There is also an interception fee of $15.
Nouvintage Warranty Policy
Nouvintage offers a one year warranty from the time of purchase. The warranty is limited to manufacturer’s defects or issues that are a result from a flaw in the product. If you feel your product meets these requirements, please email support@nouvintage.com with an explanation of the issue, photos of your product, and your order information.
Scratched/Broken lenses and physical damages are not covered by the warranty. We do sell replacements lenses for most frames.
