FREE Returns / Return Policy

Nouvintage accepts returns or exchanges within the first 30 days of the online purchase date. If you're not completely satisfied with your order in that time frame, you can email info@nouvintage.com to receive your FREE return label for domestic orders. You must also fill out the return/exchange form below and ship it back with the frames.

Your order must be returned in it's original packaging and with all it’s complementary accessories. Your product must also be returned in the same condition it was received and we do reserve the right to deny a return or proportionately reduce the level of the refund based of the condition or scenario its attempting to be returned in. Shipping fees are non refundable.

For international orders please email support@nouvintage.com for return/exchange instructions. 

Rx (Prescription) Returns:
Unfortunately, all prescription or custom lens orders are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the product.

Change in Shipping Address:
This kind of request requires additional verification and document. There is also an interception fee of $15. 

Nouvintage Warranty Policy 
Nouvintage offers a one year warranty from the time of purchase. The warranty is limited to manufacturer’s defects or issues that are a result from a flaw in the product. If you feel your product meets these requirements, please email support@nouvintage.com with an explanation of the issue, photos of your product, and your order information.

Scratched/Broken lenses and physical damages are not covered by the warranty. We do sell replacements lenses for most frames.
