SHIPPING INFORMATION
DOMESTIC ORDERS
We offer FREE domestic ground shipping on all orders. Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Unless another option is selected, your order will be shipped by Standard Ground. For express delivery orders must be placed before 12pm PST or they will be shipped the next business day. Signature upon delivery is not required.
SPECIALIZED LENSES REQUIRE 14 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP ( PRESCRIPTION, TINT, BLUE LIGHT, TRANSITION, ETC)
SHIPPING METHODS

Standard Ground: free shipping- delivers 7-10 days after processing.

1 Day- $55 - Orders must be placed before 12PM PST or will be shipped the next business day.

At this time we do not offer: Delivery To P.O. Boxes
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled due to stock, payment or otherwise, we will contact you via email.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
ALL ORDERS PLACED THROUGH INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT ARE FINAL SALE. No cancellations or returns are accepted.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world excluding APO / FPO addresses.

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel please email info@nouvintage.com right away and we will do out best to try accommodate your request. We process orders quickly and if the order has been submitted to our warehouse our returns policy will go in to effect.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking information reflects successful delivery but you have not received it please email info@nouvintage.com. Please note we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show delivery confirmation.
PROMOTIONS
At the bottom right corner of this and every page you can sign up for our newsletter to receive email updates that may contain promotional codes for special discounts that can be applied to your order. Please note that only one promotional code may be used at a time per order. Unfortunately we are not able to re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned. All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified.
